small list of things passing through my brain re my upcoming move
- Feeling nostalgic lately for physical media (CD, DVD, record, etc). Thinking maybe once I move I’ll add an old school DVD “tower” in the family room, get a blue ray player, maybe even leave the wires exposed 😱 but that may be too much.
- Beginning to think through the soon-to-be dedicated workspace I will have for my leather workbenches etc. I usually have a TV show on in the background while working (one of the following: Entourage, Mad Men, Sopranos, The West Wing), will likely need to get a dedicated screen for this as the “main” TV will be upstairs.
- Looking forward to being able to sit outside in the sun this summer.
- Considering a small couch in my office upstairs that can fold out to a bed incase a third bed is ever needed.
- Looking forward to Christmas, having a full-size tree again.
- walking out the front or back door and being outside instead of in a hallway...going to rock.
- having space for bird stuff - feeders, bird baths, etc. I miss nature so much.
